Whether you're a seasoned rider or a bit hesitant about group rides, all abilities are welcome. πŸ™Œ

What sets the sessions apart is that they're set up as no drop rides. While we ride together as a group, the intensity levels will be customized to suit your individual goals. 🎯

You'll receive custom workouts, ensuring that we all tackle the same challenges as a team. 🚡‍♀️πŸ’ͺ

Upon signing up, you'll receive instructions to join the rides, including:

1. A complimentary TrainingPeaks account for your weekly structured rides, seamlessly syncing with Zwift.
2. An invitation to our WUP Discord audio group, offering audio prompts and a chance to chat. It's also the perfect opportunity to ask me for training tips during the warm-up and cool-down.
3. Enjoy motivating rides with fellow enthusiasts.

Sessions will run each Wednesday evening at 18:30, rain or shine. πŸ“†
