The plan is aimed at those using power or virtual power within a virtual platform such as zwift.

Zones are listed below for your convenience

1. Active Recovery <55%
2. Endurance 56-75%
3. Tempo 76-90%
4. Threshold 91-105%
5. Vo2 16-120%
6. Neuromuscular >120%

Note, I do also use sweet spot within this plan which is 88-93%. This is a great zone to sit right in between tempo and threshold.
