Files are checked daily to ensure your training is on the right track, and to gain that last little edge that everyone looks for.
This works on your strengths and weaknesses, and can be adjusted as needed to bring out the best in you.
Ideally suited to those training with a power meter, although not a necessity.

What to expect
You will be coached by Andrew Roche and be provided with a fully custom training plan which can be altered as often as necessary to stay on track with progress. Your training peaks log and files will be evaluated daily and adjusted if necessary. Client communication is encouraged in order to build a strong coach/client relationship. I will also contact you at least once a week, and in turn you are encouraged to contact me on a regular basis in order to gain valuable feedback.
